Plan and Automate Recurring Emails Without Changing the Way You Use Gmail.
Plan & Send by Techtency™ adds one simple action next to Gmail's own Send button. Compose normally, then choose when — and how often — it goes out. Gmail's native Send stays exactly as it is.
What Plan & Send Actually Does
Plan & Send is a Gmail-native browser extension that lets you schedule one-time and recurring emails — daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, or a fully custom pattern — directly from a Gmail compose window, alongside Gmail's own Send button.
Gmail has no built-in way to repeat the same email automatically on a schedule. Plan & Send adds that capability without asking you to leave Gmail, learn a new compose editor, or give up the formatting, signature, and attachments you already use.
Anyone who sends the same or similar email on a repeating basis — client check-ins, invoice reminders, status updates, team reminders, follow-ups — using a regular Gmail or Google Workspace account.
Compose your email in Gmail as usual, click Plan & Send next to Send, choose a frequency and timezone, and confirm. The email is queued in your Dispatch Queue and sent automatically on schedule — editable any time before it goes out.
Built to Work With Gmail, Not Around It
🖋️ Gmail-Native Compose
Write your email exactly as you always do in Gmail — formatting, links, and signature carry through to the scheduled send.
🔁 Real Recurrence Options
Daily, alternate-day, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly, or a fully custom interval — not just a single "repeat weekly" toggle.
📋 Dispatch Queue Control
See every upcoming send, edit it right up until it goes out, and cancel any time. Once sent, that occurrence is locked — exactly as you'd expect.
🌍 Timezone-Aware
Defaults to your current browser timezone and lets you override it per schedule, so recurring sends land at the right local time.
✨ Optional AI Assistance
Draft or refine an email with Gemini, using your own free API key — never a shared or hardcoded key.
🔒 One Authorized Account
Scheduling is bound to your verified Google account, with session and account-mismatch protections so the wrong inbox never sends on your behalf.
How Plan & Send Works
Install and verify your account
Add the extension, sign in with the Google account you send from, and your 30-day trial begins.
Compose in Gmail as usual
Open Gmail, click Compose, and write your email with formatting, links, and attachments the normal way.
Click Plan & Send
One additional button sits beside Gmail's own Send button — click it to open the scheduling panel.
Choose frequency and timezone
Pick from standard recurrence options or build a custom pattern, then confirm your sending timezone.
Manage it from the Dispatch Queue
Every upcoming send is listed and editable until it goes out. Logs show delivery status afterward.
Recurring Email Frequencies Plan & Send Supports
Whether you need to send an email every day, every alternate day, every week, every month, or on a completely custom pattern, Plan & Send covers it — separate from Gmail's own one-time Schedule Send.
Everything Stays Where You'd Expect It
Gmail Stays Gmail
Gmail's native Send button is never replaced, hidden, or disabled. Plan & Send is one additional action beside it — never a substitute for how Gmail already works.
Dispatch Queue
A single place to see recipient, subject, next send time, and recurrence for every scheduled email. Edit anything before it sends; once sent, that occurrence can no longer be changed.
Templates
Save a composed email as a reusable template, insert it into a new schedule in one click, and edit it later as your message evolves.
Logs
See what was actually sent, when, and whether it failed or bounced. Open tracking is best-effort and depends on the recipient's email client and privacy settings — described honestly, not oversold.
AI Assistance (Optional)
Turn on "Help Me Write" or generate a smart subject line using Google's Gemini — with your own free API key from Google AI Studio, never a shared key embedded in the extension.
Time Zones
Defaults to your current browser timezone automatically, with a manual override so recurring sends land at the right local time for your recipients.
What Plan & Send Actually Stores — Explained Plainly
To function, Plan & Send necessarily uses information for: Google account authentication, license and subscription management, scheduling your emails, executing those sends, and keeping an operational log so you can see what happened. This is not "zero data" — it's the minimum needed to schedule and send email on your behalf, and nothing is used beyond that purpose.
One Authorized Account, One Active Session
Scheduling is bound to the Google account that activated your license. If the same license is used from a second browser or device, you'll be asked whether to sign out the other session before continuing.
Available for Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge
Plan & Send is built as a single cross-browser extension, adapted per browser where each platform requires it.
